Studio Unni is a California-based commercial equipment and concept solutions company specializing in self-service Korean ramen stations, restaurant equipment, custom ramen furniture, and related food-service supplies.

We help restaurants, convenience stores, universities, hospitality businesses, and entrepreneurs bring the Korean self-service ramen experience into their spaces—without having to figure out every component from scratch.

But Studio Unni didn't begin as an equipment company.

It began behind the counter.

From Restaurant Operations to Studio Unni

Our experience comes from actually operating Korean food and self-service ramen concepts.

Through building and operating our own locations, we experienced firsthand the challenges involved in sourcing the right equipment, designing functional ramen stations, finding compatible supplies, creating customer-friendly layouts, and bringing all of those pieces together into one cohesive concept.

We realized that other business owners interested in self-service ramen were facing the same problem:

The products existed, but there wasn't an easy way to put everything together.

Machines came from one supplier. Furniture had to be custom-built somewhere else. Bowls and accessories came from another source. And operators were often left to figure out the layout, installation, branding, and customer experience themselves.

Studio Unni was created to simplify that process.
