Return & Refund Policy

All products sold are custom-made and produced specifically for each order. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded once they have been placed.

Refunds, returns, or replacements will only be considered if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect as a direct result of an error on our part. Any such issue must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for review or resolution.

To initiate a claim, customers must submit a request through our Contact Form and include clear photographic evidence showing the issue, the product, and the original packaging. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the issue is verified to be our responsibility, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to repair the product, replace it, or issue a refund. No other remedies will be provided.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control. Minor cosmetic variations, color differences, or variations inherent to the custom manufacturing process are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or replacements.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first submitting a claim through our Contact Form and allowing reasonable time for review may be considered a violation of this policy. In such cases, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback by providing this policy, order confirmation, and proof of delivery to the payment processor. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in the customer being permanently restricted from future purchases.

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. By placing an order, the customer agrees that any disputes arising from or related to the purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts in that jurisdiction.

By completing a purchase on this website, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
